No photo of this one either!
I became completely addicted to Shinsei on my business trip to Akita, so I went looking for a local place where I could drink it.
Compared to the Shinsei I've had in the past, the aroma and the feeling in the mouth are mild.
It is slightly sweet and does not interfere with food, so it was a dangerous sake that I could easily drink it without hesitation.
Each Niimasa has a strong personality, but they are all delicious! I would like to try different sakes again ๐ณ๐ค.
