This is the first bottle of this season's hanpukai.
I chilled it in the freezer for about 30 minutes, but when I opened it, I was so nervous that it was going to spew.
It tastes like the Niimasa, and it's delicious.
I got it because HOPE from 2 years ago happened to show up. I was confused because there were quite a lot of cakes floating around. I was confused 😂.
I think it was left too long in the bottle or maybe it was too sour 🤣.
I think this is the first local sake I've had, maybe because I've kept the 2 year old sake refrigerated, but it also seems a little mellow. It's dry, so I'll pair it with some side dishes 😊.
Mr. Sancho, one of my personal top 5 (^ ^ ^)
The fizziness was so great that I almost blew out the cork. It has a strong umami and alcohol taste in spite of its low alcohol content, and is still delicious!
A drink after labor. It was room temperature sake, but delicious. It tastes as good as cold sake. I think it would be more to my liking if it were chilled 🤔.
This is a bottle I got from the Akita sake gacha. This is the one that won the Junmai Daiginjo class ✨.
It's just plain delicious. I can't say it has any special characteristics, but it's delicious.
It is a sake made with rice and water from Hamura, which we received as a gift.
It was a delicious one with a mild flavor, and I will drink it slowly and sipping it.
