Raifuku has recently become available in Akita Prefecture.
This is the first time I've had it, and it was a little dry and easy to pair with a meal. I was drinking too much sweet stuff, so it was just right for me. ☺️

Here is another bottle from the hanpukai that was brought to me. This one is from last year, but it is not as sweet as the Fire Bird. It is a Firebird that is more like a flax cat. The acidity is a little more pronounced.
