The pineapple-like aroma and taste make it refreshing and easy to drink. It is fruity, but has little sweetness, making it a perfect aperitif!
It has the best harmony of a slight gasiness and sourness, and the sweetness is moderate, so it slides down the throat lightly to the end. Since there is little ogara-mushi, you can drink this sake with the same great taste whether you mix it with Uwazumi alone!
Although the rice is polished to 80%, it has the best balance of sweetness and spiciness. After the sweetness disappears in the mouth, the spiciness leaves a pleasant lingering aftertaste!
There is almost no acidity and the slightly bitter mouthfeel is followed by a smiling sweetness.
