Gentle impression It's not easy to drink, but it tastes firm and not too refreshing, yet it feels gentle I think it is a good sake where you can feel only the sweetness of the rice. If you are tired of sake that is just too watery and easy to drink, but you are hard on sake that is too heavy, I think you will like this sake that combines the best of both worlds. The aroma is on a fruity level.

It contains gold leaf, is the party sake, and tastes like the daiginjo, so it has no habits anyway. Many people may feel that it is not enough, but Hakurakusei itself is a good sake that can be enjoyed anywhere.

Unique taste. This may be the first time I have had this type of sake. The aroma is not easy to drink, but the rice polishing ratio of 40% makes it easy to drink. I am not sure if this is due to the fact that it is not junmai (pure rice), but it is an unusual sake with a strong peculiarity, yet it is easy to drink. I could taste the rice, but I could also taste the alcohol-like flavor.

It has a slight effervescence because it's a freshly pressed sake. Taste-wise, it gives the impression of being hard, but since it is freshly pressed, it is not as harsh as it could be. It leaves a bit of a lingering taste on the nose at the end of drinking. It is not my type of sake, but those who like strong sake will like it.

When well chilled, it is as easy to drink as if it were unfired, even though it is not fired. You can drink it like water. I like it because the taste doesn't linger and it doesn't get old. I have not been a big fan of drinking Kid, but this is a drink that has changed my mind.

It had been a long time since I had been out for a drink, but I found a bottle of Toyo Bijin in Aizan and ordered it. It was good. Easy to drink, but the taste seems to linger a bit. It seems to keep well. This is more of a review of the restaurant than the sake, but I would like to come back again because it is a creative nukazuke (pickles) restaurant and the snacks are good and the sake is good too. Also, the restrooms are very clean.

I happened to be in Nagoya, so it had been a while since I drank at a restaurant. When I drink it at a restaurant, the taste is usually lost due to long storage time, but I like Kuheiji because it is usually good no matter where I drink it. However, 100 cc is a little under 1,000 yen, which is expensive. I think it is best to win and drink it at home.

It's good. I like all of the IMPRESSION series, but IMPRESSION seems to have the strongest flavor of all of them. It is also very strong on the nose. I forget the price, but I think it was around 2,500 yen. I think it would make a good gift for a beginning sake drinker.

Sparkling Otters We had been drinking since noon, so there was not much alcohol left, so we chose an easy-to-drink sake. I like nigori sake a lot, so I think it tastes good, too! I never knew that a 2-way bottle can't be closed once the cap is opened!

For a sweet, it is easy to drink as it does not linger on the tongue. My favorite type. Toyo Bijin is my favorite sake from Yamaguchi. I think the price was about 1500 yen, but I can buy it for a long time if it is this good at this price.

I pre-ordered it because it is only released twice a year and because it is a draft sake. It is good. It is originally Ottersai, so it is good, but I prefer this one by far. I was told that they pursued freshness, and it is indeed refreshing. I think this is my favorite Otters.

From the aroma, it doesn't seem like sake. It is like a young white wine, but for some reason I also sense a lactic acid beverage somewhere. I wondered what the 90% rice polishing ratio would be like, but it is quite easy to drink, partly because it is slightly sparkling. It is more interesting to drink than tasty. I feel like it is like Senkou, but in a different way.

I think it was a little over 2,500 yen. I think this was the first time I thought sake was good when I was in college. Some people don't like the manufacturing process of Otter, but if this level of production can be mass-produced and the price can be kept down, I don't think there is anything more to be said for it! Thanks Asahi Shuzo! However, I still prefer Toyo Bijin in Yamaguchi!

Because it's Kuheiji, there are no disappointments, and it's just plain good. I'm not sure if it's the right type I can feel a slight firing. It's neither good nor bad, it's just normal and doesn't catch on. It is not gorgeous, and there is no sense of aroma loss. No fermentation like raw sake Iseu Honten / about 1500 yen for a 4-pack bottle
