It has a slight effervescence because it's a freshly pressed sake. Taste-wise, it gives the impression of being hard, but since it is freshly pressed, it is not as harsh as it could be.
It leaves a bit of a lingering taste on the nose at the end of drinking.
It is not my type of sake, but those who like strong sake will like it.
When well chilled, it is as easy to drink as if it were unfired, even though it is not fired.
You can drink it like water.
I like it because the taste doesn't linger and it doesn't get old.
I have not been a big fan of drinking Kid, but this is a drink that has changed my mind.
It had been a long time since I had been out for a drink, but I found a bottle of Toyo Bijin in Aizan and ordered it.
It was good. Easy to drink, but the taste seems to linger a bit.
It seems to keep well.
This is more of a review of the restaurant than the sake, but I would like to come back again because it is a creative nukazuke (pickles) restaurant and the snacks are good and the sake is good too.
Also, the restrooms are very clean.
