It had been a long time since I had been out for a drink, but I found a bottle of Toyo Bijin in Aizan and ordered it.
It was good. Easy to drink, but the taste seems to linger a bit.
It seems to keep well.
This is more of a review of the restaurant than the sake, but I would like to come back again because it is a creative nukazuke (pickles) restaurant and the snacks are good and the sake is good too.
Also, the restrooms are very clean.
