The last Houou Mita was very good. So I have high expectations for Houou Mita.
They use rice from Tochigi prefecture, Yumesasara, and it is said to be Nikko.
Hououmida has a nice aroma! Nice aroma of ginjo aroma. I thought it might be a little more habitual than the last time, but I didn't mind once the temperature went up. Cold is just right. It is good at room temperature!
The sweetness of the rice makes it go well with strong flavored meals. It is interesting because the taste changes depending on the rice.
