emiI haven't had otters in a long time. It is definitely delicious. And polished to 30% and 90%. Luxury!
It's been a long time since I've had this, but it has a surprisingly Japanese sake feel to it. I wonder if it is the spiciness that makes it so refreshing. I wonder what makes Otters so easy to drink.
There are many other great sakes out there, but Otters are delicious and easy to recommend to others, which I think is wonderful.
It's really easy to drink. 16 degrees, so be careful.
