Kamoshibitokuheiji醸し人九平次 純米大吟醸 雄町
emiA little sweeter and maybe less fragrant. Maybe my nose is not as good as it should be because I have a cold and have been sick.
As expected of Kuheiji, it is delicious.
It has a sourness that seems to go better with meat than fish.
I have had the same brand before, but this is my first time drinking Omachi. As the label says, I wonder if it changes a lot at different temperatures.
It's interesting to see the difference in taste when drinking various kinds of sake.
