emiI was curious to buy it because it was ranked No. 2 in the Sake-no-Wa ranking and everyone was drinking it on my timeline. At first, I went with the standard Akitsuho 657.
It's my first time drinking it, but I'm enjoying the many varieties of Kaze no Mori. Enjoying the different flavors of different polishes and rice is one of my favorite things about sake!
It is rumored to be aromatic, so this time I had it in a wine glass.
Right off the bat, it smells great, like pears!
It feels sweet, but light. Anyway, it is easy to drink.
I guess it has no habits in a good or bad way. Not much aftertaste...? I don't feel any miscellaneous flavors, but maybe a little less umami...?
