It was a bit amazing. You can taste both sweetness and sourness, and it's delicious to drink as it is. It's amazing.
This sake is made from 100% "Sake Mirai" sake rice produced in Yamagata Prefecture. I am not sure about the difference in sake rice, but it is really delicious. I was so impressed after a long time that I posted this.
Hououmida is a famous sake, so I'm sure I've had it at some bars, but I wasn't this impressed. This sake must be delicious.
This is why I like sake so much.
