Tatenokawa純米大吟醸 美しき渓流
emiFresh aroma, smooth and easy to drink, a little sour and strong alcohol taste. I drank it with sushi. I like this sake because it goes well with food. TATENOGAWA is delicious.
Sake is fun because there is something new every season, isn't there? I mean, there are so many varieties that I can't keep track of them. I feel like it's nice to meet all of them.
It's partly because I'm choosing sake that looks good, but it all tastes good and makes me happy.
