emiThis is the first draft sake of my favorite brand.
The sweetness of the rice is very raw, and yet the taste is refreshing. It is a delicious sake that goes well with meals.
Stable taste! I like it.
I had thought that the more umami the sake had, the more complex the taste would be, but this one was quite refreshing and good.
I happen to be in an environment where Tanaka Rokuugo is normally available, but I found out this time that it is only available at special dealers.
I like this sake, so thank goodness for that!
