When opened, it has a slight gassy feeling and the aroma in the mouth is quite spectacular. But it also has acidity and lightness, making it perfect for summer. It is just the right balance without being too much. It reminds me of the nighttime sea view at Kujukuri-hama or Oiso in the summer when I was a student 😁.

Good evening, Papabus 😃. Sono Kangiku is a sake that I want to drink but haven't yet 😅. I'm jealous that you drink a lot of Sono Kangiku 😆️. I used to go to Milt Beach every spring for a training camp when I was a student 🎾. I miss it so much 😂.

I've never been there, but I think it's the Matsuzaki in Urawa Parco! There is a main store in Kawagoe and I recommend that one 😊. A few years ago, you could change the Hana-yosu if you went to the warehouse 😥, but these days you can't buy it anymore 😥.

I bought a different summer sake because I enjoyed the Shooting Star I had before. It is a refreshing type of Eiko-Fuji with a lot of acidity and a moderate sweetness. It has a certain amount of flamboyance, so it was good as a food sake.

Slightly light, clean sake with juicy sweet acidity. It is suitable for cold sake and the acidity makes it refreshing. Good Chiba sake! The cork jumps a lot 😅 maybe because it's a bit gassy. I changed the stopper to another sake stopper and it stopped flying 😅.

BY27 raw aged sake. It has a pleasant aroma of grain and chocolate with a sweet astringency. It is especially good when cooled from hot to lukewarm. It is a precious matured sake, so I will drink it slowly while enjoying the changes after opening the bottle.

I bought an extra bottle of ocean99 in a hurry because it was right in the middle of the strike zone. I bought a bottle and found out that it has a white wine-like aroma and sweetness that increases in 3 days after opening the bottle. It is fresh, juicy, and delicious, so I think it will be gone in 3 or 4 days!

One sip and you're like, "This is super tasty!" It has a rummy aroma and a refreshing sweetness that is not too light and well balanced. You can enjoy it just by drinking it. The view of the ocean view hotel in Tateyama where I stayed before comes to mind 😁. I want to drink this while slowly gazing out at the ocean! Regret not buying another bottle!

I bought this bottle at a supermarket because I didn't have time to stop by a liquor store on my trip. There were many bottles lined up, but I figured Dewazakura would be a good choice... The aroma is a royal ginjo aroma in my opinion. It is light, refreshing, and easy to drink. I thought I would like to drink the old unfiltered raw sake too.

The aroma is like a pear in the distance when drunk in a wine glass. Taste is a little sweet, fine line and beautiful (?). I personally prefer a little more intense flavor, but it's a beautiful drink. Personally, I prefer a stronger flavor, but note that it is easy to drink because it is a beautiful sake. Seems to go well with white meat sashimi. It was also delicious warmed over human skin.
