Taste is a little sweet, fine line and beautiful (?). I personally prefer a little more intense flavor, but it's a beautiful drink.
Personally, I prefer a stronger flavor, but note that it is easy to drink because it is a beautiful sake. Seems to go well with white meat sashimi.
It was also delicious warmed over human skin.
