My initial impression is that it is slightly carbonated and sweet. But it feels kind of strong! I took a closer look and saw that it is over 16 degrees. Is that why it felt strong? Actually, when I opened it on the first day, it was so strong that I could only drink a little, so I left it for a week and drank it! Umai! The aroma is a little fermented, like amazake. This is the first time I've had orikara. It's just right! I'm going to get addicted to it!

He bought it for me as a souvenir from Nagoya! What a beautiful bottle... ♥ First of all, I took it before dinner. It's kind of a strange sake. The aroma is like soda. It is not dry, but not sweet either. It is light, but there is a bitter taste. It is like a complex mixture of various tastes in one sip. This is another sake that I have never experienced before. And when I drank it with sushi...it was surprisingly delicious! Eh! A big change to a refreshing sweet taste? What is this? Amazing! I said out loud. The flavor changes completely depending on what you pair it with. I thought this is definitely a food sake.

My son bought it for me as a souvenir from Sendai! My son is indeed my son in choosing sake as a souvenir! The first sip is dry with a strong sake taste. The aftertaste is bitter, but refreshing! Kid I was looking forward to! The aroma is pineapple. The aroma is pineapple, but when I drank it, I thought, hmmm? I think it is more sweet than dry, rather than sweet in one word. There is a bitterness, a slight sourness, and an impression that it contains a variety of elements. There is also a strong aftertaste of sake. It's not so much refreshing as it is robust. It is a regular Kikusui. I always get it, so I guess Kikusui is the sake I drink the most in my life... It is quite dry. It has a strong sake taste! The sake feeling lingers after drinking it, rather than the lightness of the aroma. I really want to drink it cold, but I can't fit a bottle in my refrigerator. I wonder how people keep sake bottles chilled...?

Stable Hakkaisan. Is it dry? It can be served cold or hot, but I have a feeling that it is best at room temperature. The moment I drank it, I thought, "Oh! It is a type of Kamizen to be drunk on the rocks. I had never tried it before, but the label is so cute! I drank it chilled, but it was too sour and sweet as it was! It's definitely a rock type, and I like to drink it with a couple of ice cubes. It's sweet and light! Maybe it's for women? It is delicious! It's almost like drinking Mio. I bought it at a local supermarket for 585 yen because it was so cheap. It is delicious for a hot and exhausted body! It is smooth and easy to drink. A friend and I enjoyed a bottle of Senkou Risshun Asashibori that we had put on hold. The first word was "Yum! said my friend. I re-posted my last drink because it was left over. I don't know if it depends on my physical condition or tension, but it's soooo good today! Delicious! I can't stop! It goes down your throat too! I guess it was good that it was properly chilled. Sake tastes so different depending on the temperature and my physical condition. It's a good lesson for me.
