Goshinshu. My husband had opened it, so I wanted to be ayah. It was neither good nor bad. It's dry as usual. Easy to drink. When is the right time to drink it? Should I rather keep it and make it like old sake? It is a good luck charm, so I will drink it slowly and carefully!

Second bottle of sake post today! Many people say it is dry, but for me it feels a bit sweet. The aroma and flavor are very strong! It's a bit fluffy in the mouth! It is not easy to drink. I didn't know the difference between junmai (pure rice) and brewer's alcohol, but maybe this is it? I'm proud to say that I have a stupid taste buds, but I think I understand a little...? I think I'm going to get drunk. Would it be easier to drink it hot? I thought so.

A drink that arrived from the sake post. Sweet...or is it? I think it's somewhere in the middle. I think the aroma is strong, but the taste is clean and easy to drink. I don't like strong aroma, but I think I can drink this repeatedly. Junmai Ginjo?

The first Sentori. Moreover, it was pressed in the morning of Risshun! When I found it, I immediately made a decision. I opened it with my friends thinking that I had to finish it as soon as I opened it! So I opened it with my friends, but most of them drank it... but anyway, it was delicious! It has a slight sweetness, but it has no peculiarities at all, and the texture is more slippery than grueling. Elegant. Gentle. I can't resist repeating it, so if it's still on sale, I'll go buy some this week. Thankful sake.

Nigori (nigori) foam from Sanzen Sakura. I didn't want to miss even a drop, so I slowly opened and closed the bottle. The taste is gentle. The balance of sweetness and sourness is the best. The carbonation is just right, making it easy to drink. It is finished in a flash and leaves you feeling lonely. It is totally different from Mio.

The aroma is just fruity. It smells like pineapple. When you drink it, the aroma is mysteriously lost... It is a bit sweet, but it is close to the middle of the range. It is made in the image of a drink that the Ainu people used to drink, so it seems to be made with mili (millet). It is easy to drink. However, it is a little weak for a cloudy sake. I have the impression that it is not as good as rice. It is an interesting souvenir!

Easy to drink neatly. Slightly sweet? Almost in between. I tried drinking it cold and hot, and it was easier to drink cold, but you can enjoy the flavor more when it is hot. I would drink it hot at a bar and cold at home.
