What a beautiful bottle... ♥ First of all, I took it before dinner.
It's kind of a strange sake. The aroma is like soda. It is not dry, but not sweet either. It is light, but there is a bitter taste. It is like a complex mixture of various tastes in one sip. This is another sake that I have never experienced before.
And when I drank it with sushi...it was surprisingly delicious! Eh! A big change to a refreshing sweet taste? What is this? Amazing! I said out loud. The flavor changes completely depending on what you pair it with. I thought this is definitely a food sake.
