Even though it is super-harsh, it is a sweet sake with a mellow and refreshing taste that only Kamikigen can offer.
So it may not go well with soup stock or other light flavors.
It may be good with spicy food.

But it's not too thick.
It doesn't feel like a sake.
It's a Hakuryu sake, so this easy-drinking dryness is also good!
The aroma is the most mellow in the lineup, just like the smell of earth after rain.
I like this brand the best!

This is... a wonderful sake, making the most of the rice flavor.
Even though they are probably obsessed with rice, I don't think there are many sake that are so rich in rice that you can imagine the scenery of rice fields. Very rice wonderful rice.
I really think this is a sake I would recommend to rice lovers.

I felt like I was serving it at Meiji Shrine, so I ended up buying it.
Sake with a well-known name is delicious.
It is dry. But it is not just spicy, it is flavorful, mellow, and makes you think this sake is delicious.
I would love to visit shrines while drinking this sake. It tastes like you can picture yourself in the wind while walking in the shade of a freshly green summer tree.

I enjoyed the turtle label.
I think it was the best in my opinion because of its acidity.
The pink one with the limited edition label that says "yeast" or something like that...
The aroma was sweet.
It is easy to drink with a light texture and goes well with light food such as sashimi.
The most popular sake was honestly easy to drink, but it was what one would call a common sake, not an oddball.
Not for everyone!
