Here is the sake I bought this time✨. Aizu Nakasho "Face up, little by little, forward Aizu Nakasho is a limited edition sake limited edition sake with a message from the brewery. The last "Aizu Nakasho Hiyaoroshi" was my favorite, and the design of the label and limited edition sake raised my expectations 💴 The sake rice "Yume no Koka" produced in Fukushima prefecture is used. It's a blend of Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo ⤴️⤴️. Elegant ginjo aroma rather than floral 🌸 Soft sweetness, umami, and a hint of bitterness. It was a beautiful sake that could be drunk neatly ☘️.
