I was actually aiming for the Yuu-machi final edition, but...
We had it yesterday.
Compared to the Akitsuho 657 I drank before.
The aroma and complexity are reduced and clear ✨.
Gentle sweetness and flavor of the rice is smoothly flowing through the fine bubbles and acidity.
And the temperature rose a bit while I was drinking it.
The foam comes off a bit and the sweetness comes forward.
It's a fun drink to drink for a change 🎵.
