I'm told the acidity is the concept, but I'm not sure it's strong enough to be felt that much 🤔.
It is certainly a little bit different from the previous Shippuda sake, and apart from the taste, there is also an impression of fruit like grapefruit with a bit of bitterness 🙄.
So it is a type that can be tasted well.
