It is a well-balanced sake with a fruity aroma. The description says that it has a good balance of sweetness, acidity, spiciness, and astringency, but the spiciness is a little strong. The body is firm and delicious.
Sake made with cel24. The label is reversed, as the normally dry Tsukibotan becomes sweeter when using cel24.
It is a sweet and beautiful sake, but I don't feel much difference between it and other cel24. But it tastes good, so it's ok.
