★★★★★ 3,190 yen (1800ml) Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 16%. Rice: Yume no Kou Dry nigori sake It is a dry type of nigori sake. The liquor store told us "Do not put it on the side! but it leaked a little while I was putting it in the backseat of my car on the way home; The taste is the quintessential "Hirotogawa" - juicy and delicious! It's juicy and tasty! It has a nice mouthfeel, so I drank it while I was in a good mood. Hirotogawa! I hope it sells well because I don't want it to be hard to get, but don't make it too famous!

★★★★ JPY1,595(720ml) Rice polishing ratio: undisclosed Alcohol content: 17%. Rice: Yamagata rice Sake with undisclosed specifications! We bought this sake on the recommendation of the liquor store. It is not punchy, but has a clean and crisp mouthfeel. It has little aroma and is suitable as a food sake. I would buy it again if I encounter it, as it is a good sake with good cost performance.

★★★★★ JPY1,980(720ml) Rice Polishing Ratio Koji Rice 55%. Kake rice 60 Alcohol content 13%. Rice: 100% Akita rice It was less juicy than Shinmasa, but it was delicious! The white malted rice was used to mature it slowly, so it has a good balance of dryness and a bit of sweetness! It was slightly tingling right after opening the bottle, but had a nice acidity, and I felt it tasted better on the second day. A glass of wine goes well with this sake.

★★★★★ 3,500 yen (720ml) Rice polishing ratio: 40 Alcohol content: 16%. Rice: Yamadanishiki This sake is said to be the best among the Huayouyasaka brands, which are said to be difficult to obtain. It is rich but not too sweet, mellow, and has a refreshing aftertaste. I have seen many people say "it tastes like pineapple" when they have tried various sweet sake, and I thought "there is no such sake! But with this sake, I did indeed taste a pineapple-like aroma. I guess this sake can be served with food, but I felt I wanted to savor it slowly and savor it slowly and savor it slowly! I think this is my No.1 sake of the year so far!
