It was less juicy than Shinmasa, but it was delicious!
The white malted rice was used to mature it slowly, so it has a good balance of dryness and a bit of sweetness!
It was slightly tingling right after opening the bottle, but had a nice acidity, and I felt it tasted better on the second day.
A glass of wine goes well with this sake.
