Sake with a somewhat exciting name. It is a junmai-shu made from Hokkaido rice called "Ginpu. Is Ginpu a light drinking sake?

This sake is brewed in Miyagi and made from Hokkaido's "Comet" sake rice. The label is by Mari Yamazaki, author of Thermae Romae. We compared the 2021 and the 2022. I like the 2021 better because it is more relaxed.
