Memorandum for myself
It was a waste of time to open the bottle and I could hardly keep it open.
The bottle is fermenting in the bottle, so be careful when opening it.
It took quite a long time, but the bottle was opened without incident.
When we poured it into the glass, it was the first one ever!
The aroma is slightly woody.
In the mouth, you can clearly feel the acidity, but it is not unpleasantly sour.
All of the sakes from this brewery are complex and difficult to describe, but they are still delicious ๐.
