I visited Kurashiki in Okayama Prefecture.
The owner of the brewery gave us a detailed explanation and told us that the brewery mainly produces dry sake.
I was told that the sake was mainly dry, and that this one was particularly good, so I bought it.
The capacity was a rare 900ml.
The mouthfeel was like an Arahashiri, and it was very messy!
It was full of the smell of seme.
