Quite refreshing. Dry.
It seems to be from the Mutsu Hachisen Mixed series, which is a different brand from what we have seen so far. I like dry sake, so this is a good choice for me!
The mouthfeel is a bit peculiar. The aftertaste is slightly lingering. I have never had this type of sake before. It is interesting that there are so many different types of sake!
The mouthfeel is sweet. The aftertaste is fairly sharp.
It is a little different from the daiginjo-style wines I have had. It is difficult to describe due to my lack of vocabulary.
