A sake associated with the season of flowers. It is said to have a pretty and gentle taste, but it is a slightly sweet but not cloying sake for spring. I bought the label.
Completely brandy. The color and the taste (although the alcohol content is lower than that of brandy).
I was surprised that even Japanese sake has such a taste.
Quite refreshing. Dry.
It seems to be from the Mutsu Hachisen Mixed series, which is a different brand from what we have seen so far. I like dry sake, so this is a good choice for me!
