The moment the cap is opened, the sweet aroma blossoms. The mouthfeel is sweet with a hint of sourness. It would be nice to drink it in a wine glass while swaying in a hammock!
The drink is smooth and refreshing. I have never climbed Mt. Ishizuchi, but I am sure it expresses the sense of accomplishment and exhilaration of climbing Mt. It is a good sake!
You can feel a slight sweetness of rice, not that much sweetness, but it remains moderately sweet. I would like to pair it with fish. It can be grilled or simmered.
It has a unique bitter taste. This sake is excellent when paired with Kagoshima's sweet sashimi soy sauce and sashimi.
Blue and white fish go best with Kagoshima sashimi soy sauce!
Flavors of the earth can be felt. It is dry and weighty. The smell of the earth, the sun, and the bare earth that reminds me of the field day when I was a child. This sake has such an image!
At the time of purchase, it was a nigori-zake that looked as if snow from Mt. It took 10 minutes to degas it. The bubbles came up one after another as if they were snowflakes. By the time you drink it, it is a pure white snow scene.
The taste is refreshing but a bit hard-core, different from its solid appearance. It reminds me of a woman with a solid core.
It has a light, refreshing taste with a slightly sweet aftertaste and a light sizzle, as is typical of nama-zake.
It is a refreshing drink that reminds me of drinking Ramune during summer vacation when I was a child.
