I picked it up at Tokyo Station after leaving the office and quickly made my way home to enjoy it. The rich, fresh aroma fills the mouth. You can taste the tangy mouthfeel and acidity of this morning's freshly-pressed sake. It is a luxury to be able to taste freshly pressed sake at home on the same day! It was a very good project.
