LUCFER1.8L, 3,600 yen, 16-17% alcohol by volume, 100% Aomori Prefecture Hwasoui rice, 55% milled rice ratio, -1 sake degree, 1.4 acidity, arrived last week on the 16th and was purchased at one of the seven stores in Aomori City on the 17th. It has a slightly dry taste, but not so much that it bothers me, and it is easy to drink and the umami flavor spreads. Incidentally, Shichiriki and Toyohai are very stable, but other sake brands in Aomori prefecture are too bland 🤔.
