It was champagne!
The fizziness was stronger than expected and the sake was like champagne.
It also had acidity and was still delicious 😋.
I prefer regular amaneko to sparkling.

I didn't read the opening warning and blew the lid off 🤣.

It has a sweet honey like kijoshu, but with a nice alcohol taste. No classic sake feeling at all.
