Kuroryu's raw sake!

I guess you could call it a ginjo aroma.
It has a strong sweet or umami flavor and is delicious with a sake-like quality. It's a quintessential sake.
It is not the modern type of sake that is popular these days, but a classic type of sake, and it is delicious.
I don't feel much bitterness after swallowing, and the umami and aroma remain.
I felt it tasted even better because I had had a not-so-great sake the day before.

Yoshida Kura u raw sake! Hyakumangoku No Shiro is very delicious with sweetness sweetness 😋.
