Shinsei No.6X for the first time, just in time for my birthday! I had it in a glass I bought when I was into wine 😋. Sweet and sour, maybe because it was made in a wooden vat, the aroma of wood like a pencil, and the flavor spread to my mouth! Korya nunmai!

Happy New Year! The first cup of the first day of the year is Kuroryu no Shizuku! Almost like water, no peculiarities at all, delicious! The umami and aroma of rice is very good!

First snowman of the year: ⛄️ It's so delicious! I like it better than Daimine's Winter Advent for my taste: ❤️ It has just the right amount of sweetness and low alcohol content, so it's really easy to drink. The aftertaste is also refreshing and keeps going and going 😋.

I discovered Toyo Bijin for the first time at an out-of-prefecture liquor store that I sometimes visit 💡. It is a delicious sweet and tasty sake 🍶. I got the impression that it was easier to drink after the second day because the sweetness had settled down (I was so drunk that I don't remember much...)

Sweet and sour 😋. When I was in Kyushu, I drank a nigori Himezen and said, "What's this? Sweet and sour!" I had an image of this sake that impressed me. I was surprised to find Himezen at Yamaya and bought it. The nigori was better, but this one was reasonably priced at 1,000 yen.

It was champagne! The fizziness was stronger than expected and the sake was like champagne. It also had acidity and was still delicious 😋. I prefer regular amaneko to sparkling.

My first Koei Kiku! And we had it izakaya shinkansen style! I didn't read the opening warning and blew the lid off 🤣. The taste is the best! It had a great aroma in the mouth, just the right amount of sweetness, and a clean aftertaste 🤤.

Got it on a business trip to Tokyo! Flattering and insanely delicious! I could drink it all the time. The acidity, sweetness, and sharpness are all well balanced and delicious! The jacket is stylish 🤩. Fruity and slightly effervescent, typical of Kaze no Mori, and very tasty! It has a pineapple sweetness, but it's refreshing and easy to drink 🍶. Glad I got the Kaze no Mori glass too: ☺️
