Sweet and sour and delicious!
Is this sake? Is it a white wine? It's like a new genre.
It is sweet and sour and fruity like a pear. I prefer it when well chilled.
I think people who like the old-fashioned sake-like taste may not like it.

My first Mikotsuru.

I couldn't open it because there was only one bottle...
I opened the bottle to drink it during the Obon vacation!
From the first sip, I was like, "This is the kind I like!
It has a slight effervescence that is typical of nama-shu (unpasteurized sake).
It has a nice aroma in the mouth, sweetness, but soon the bitterness arrives, and a refreshing aftertaste at the end.
Well balanced and very tasty 🤤.
