Banshuikkon純米吟醸 夏のうすにごり
の
I had to drink something since I came to Hyogo! I chose Banshu Ikkyo, a summer sake.
It is a light cloudy sake with a little bit of orikura (a hint of cedar) in it, which makes it look cool.
The aroma is like fresh pears or freshly cut apples, and the juicy flavor belies its freshness.
The taste in the mouth is a little tingling, and when the alcohol passes through the nose, it tastes like pear juice.
Delicious!
