I went to the Kiku-Masamune Sake Brewery and tasted the most delicious sake I have ever tasted.
It was also available at the restaurant where we had dinner, so we decided to drink it.
It appeared in a wine glass, and the first thing I was surprised by was the aroma of chocolate itself! 🍫.
The mellow aroma of cacao was so strong while drinking it that I thought I was drinking cocoa. It was almost like drinking cocoa!
The mouthfeel is very soft and the alcohol that passes through the nose is fluffy.
There is no tingling sensation on the tongue, but the lingering aroma is amazing and makes you feel special 🍶.
It is said that this sake is only available in Hyogo Prefecture, so I would be happy if I could encounter it again.
