A familiar izakaya, I made the mistake of forgetting to take a picture (tears)!
The food and drinks were great, and the crowd of regulars made it a great place to go and have a good time!

I had a bottle of Toyo Bijin's Ichibancho Junmai Daiginjo at my parents' house.
Too sweet!
I had it with salmon and salmon roe, but it didn't reduce at all 😭.
I think I prefer the dry ones these days!

The statement that you can drink it like wine is not true!
It is easy to drink without the traditional sake smell.
It's a refreshing drink, so I wouldn't recommend it if you want to get your rocks off, but if you want a refreshing drink, go for it!
As a first year sake drinker, I would like to try Hiyayogoroshi to feel the autumn season 😊.

I think SENKOHJI is my favorite brand, even though I'm a beginner!
I've never had a brand with so many crosses!
It's nice and refreshing, but...

Tenpoichi Junmai Senbon Nishiki 100
Super dry
Delicious with a typical dry mouthfeel.
The first sip has a refreshing aftertaste.
The spiciness lingers at the end of the sip.
