The first round of drinks started at Koei Kiku
A familiar izakaya, I made the mistake of forgetting to take a picture (tears)!
The food and drinks were great, and the crowd of regulars made it a great place to go and have a good time!

The owner recommended that I have it warmed up, even though it was summer. I was able to compare it with room temperature, but the warmed one had a deeper flavor and was more enjoyable.

琥珀色、紹興酒&熟成の香り、優しい甘み、しっかりとコクもあり、苦味と酸味。余韻は甘酸っぱいかな。旨いね。
