Memorandum At an antenna store called "Here Shiga" on a trip to Tokyo. A set of three kinds of sake to compare. It was served with funa-zushi (fermented crucian carp sushi) and washi.

The memorable first bottle I tasted and purchased at a traveling sake brewery Kawashima Shuzo Pine Blossom Fujiki 100% Yamadanishiki Brewing alcohol added The brewery's most popular daiginjo! It has a strong aroma, and I personally find it refreshing to drink. I mean, isn't all sake refreshing to drink? 😅 Some people think it's too thick... It's so good, I can drink it right away! I need to buy a sake cup for drinking at home for now 😁.

70 points Souvenirs from Shiga trip Yummy, isn't it? I wish I could wake up to sake..., wake up, Bacchus! clank, clank, clank Aroma: Good. A little watery on the palate, then a little later the sake flavor develops. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, I don't have much experience with it.

To the power spot of Lake Biwa 🦢🌴 At Kawashima Sake Brewery, I bought Fujiki, Uchu and Yuzuki Sake! It's a very clean and elegant taste! We got funa-zushi, a specialty of Lake Biwa, at the inn! We enjoyed it very much.
