Aroma: Good.
A little watery on the palate, then a little later the sake flavor develops.
I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, I don't have much experience with it.

At Kawashima Sake Brewery, I bought Fujiki, Uchu and Yuzuki Sake!
It's a very clean and elegant taste!
We got funa-zushi, a specialty of Lake Biwa, at the inn!
We enjoyed it very much.
