First Sake for Home Drinking
Fuji Fushiryu-mizu Tokubetsu Junmai
Sake given to me by an acquaintance
A collaboration between Motox, a wine importer, and Fuji Takasago Sake Brewery.
The sake is smooth and refreshing on the palate, but the Yamahai brewing process gives the sake a robust flavor.
Can't stop eating the accompanying potato chips!

Nigori (nigori) sake, ultra-ancient method, no yeast added, brewed in wooden vats
This is the second bottle of Senkin after Kabutomushi.
The acidity is effective.
It is easy to drink, not like nigori in a good sense.
It's my first time to drink it, but it's so refreshing and delicious!

Light! So refreshing!
You can drink this stuff all the way through.

Is this the first sake from Nagano?
The rice used is 100% Hitokochiki!
