This is the third bottle I bought at a brewery festival at the Watanabe Shuzo brewery in Hida City, Gifu Prefecture, and although it is not sake, it is an authentic 3-year aged shochu.
Hourai's Fuku Shibori is a lightly cloudy, easy-to-drink sake with little habit as is typical of sweet sake.
It has a strong sweet taste with a clean aftertaste and a little sourness.
It is said that the authentic shochu has about 35 degrees. It has a sweet taste like coconut and is delicious!

I went to the brewery festival of Watanabe Sake Brewery in Hida City, Gifu Prefecture.
It was like a festival with about 10 kitchen cars and all you can drink for 500 yen. We had a great day.
It has a strong sweet and umami taste, and is juicy with a good sharpness.
The bitterness is just right and it is very drinkable and delicious!
I bought three more bottles and look forward to drinking them in the future!
