Today I went to the Watanabe Sake Brewery's warehouse festival! There was a limited edition sake directly from the tank that I found at the brewery festival, so I had to buy it. The taste is very good, with a good balance of sweetness and sourness and a light, refreshing flavor. It has a nice aroma and a throat hit that I can't get enough of! I think it tastes a little like rice shochu. The Kura Matsuri was the best! 4.2 stars★★★★☆
