It is light on the palate, with a juicy sour aftertaste that is typical of Senkou.
I read on other people's postings that it is like lemon squash, and it is indeed true, and it fell into my taste buds.
It is a perfect summer sake, partly because it is slightly carbonated.
Very tasty.
