蓬莱手詰め中汲み純米 無濾過生原酒
天然水I went to the brewery festival of Watanabe Sake Brewery in Hida City, Gifu Prefecture.
It was like a festival with about 10 kitchen cars and all you can drink for 500 yen. We had a great day.
It has a strong sweet and umami taste, and is juicy with a good sharpness.
The bitterness is just right and it is very drinkable and delicious!
I bought three more bottles and look forward to drinking them in the future!
