I just had to buy it because of the nice spring-like label.
The sake is said to be brewed slowly with "Hidahomare" rice, which is suitable for sake brewing, and "Sakura Hana Yeast," a natural yeast isolated and cultivated from cherry blossoms.
It has a gorgeous aroma and a pleasant feeling on the nose, with a clean aftertaste that makes it easy to drink.
The balance of sweetness and acidity is well balanced with a soft flavor, making it a very spring-like sake. It is delicious!
