The sake is said to be brewed slowly with "Hidahomare" rice, which is suitable for sake brewing, and "Sakura Hana Yeast," a natural yeast isolated and cultivated from cherry blossoms.
It has a gorgeous aroma, a pleasant feeling on the nose, and a refreshing aftertaste that makes it easy to drink.
It is a spring-like sake with a good balance of sweetness and acidity and a soft flavor. It is delicious!
