Smells like White Grape, Yoghurt and Wood. The taste is like Citrus Peel. Low level of astringency. And i can really get the wooden barrel like taste. Very Clean Mouthfeel. Dry Finish. Not sweet at all. Very Easy to Drink. Real Good One.

Melon taste. Really smooth Mouthfeel. Just sadly got some nama-hine ka probably due to poor temperature control during transportation. Hopefully i can get a better conditioned bottle to try again.

Yoghurt, Lightly Steamed Rice smell. Taste like Pear, Cream, Peanut Skin. Low level of astringency. The alcohol warmth can be easily detected. Nice bottle design.

Smells Apple, Pear and Yoghurt. But the taste is not really fruity. I can get the cooked rice umami, with adequate Sweetness. Smooth mouthfeel. Relatively long in aftertaste. I think it is quite good.
