初めての日本酒は田酒
Craft Spirits. Sorry it is not a Japanese car. But since it is related to rice and agave and is made from sakekasu (sake lees), please allow me to post it here.
I also like to drink it with soda or rooibos tea, and I also like to drink it with Japanese food, even though I don't usually drink spirits.
I would like to support sake that can change the current situation where sake lees, which is produced when sake is made, is not utilized (e.g. low rice polishing, using sake lees as an ingredient, etc.) ♪ For the sake of the future!
Naaah, so self-satisfied, isn't it? But it's delicious and a nice change of pace.
