初めての日本酒は田酒
Here is what I picked up at the liquor store I usually go to.
According to the owner, they had never made special junmai with Kojonishiki before, but this is the first time they have made it. The 50th anniversary bottle, which I haven't opened yet, seems to be made with Kojonishiki. He said it would be interesting to compare them.
But I was too lazy to do so (laugh).
The wine was delicious, as always. The aroma was mild, not too sweet, and easy to drink.
