初めての日本酒は田酒
When I was checking my sake inventory, I found this bottle left at room temperature.
I opened the bottle after cooling it down with Lemacom, thinking it would be fine since it was a well-made sake. The color had changed to a candy color due to the aging process.
When I drank it, it was delicious.
The aroma and texture reminded me of kijo sake.
I was surprised at this quality after leaving it to sit for a while.
Sake is interesting, isn't it?
By the way, it was so good it ran out quickly 😆.
