Finally posting for this year. LOL!
This was my first drink of the new year!
It was sharp and clean as described, but you could still taste the deliciousness of Shirakiku, and the balance with the acidity was perfect!
Whenever I go home to my parents' house, I always buy sake that I like, so I end up buying only sweet sake that is more modern, which has not been very popular with my family, who prefer dry sake, but this sake was highly praised by my father, so it was worth it!
