Posting No. 398. I bought this one time because I heard it might be a one time only. I was told that it was a limited edition sake for exclusive dealers. I tried it, but it did not have the sweetness typical of Ryoseki sake. The aroma is also subdued. It is a sake that spreads its umami gradually. The body is not strong and the texture is smooth. When I drank it, I could taste the acidity and umami, but there was almost no puffiness in the mouth. I was very surprised by this. I think it is the sake with the least aftertaste that I know of. When I drank it, I felt the acidity first and then the umami came through. On the first day, I thought the sweetness was weak, but on the second day, the sweetness was better. Posting No. 379. This is the first sake shipped by Heiroku Brewery and is a crowdfunding return gift. It seems to be classified as a liqueur, but when I drank it, it was much more sake than I imagined. It is not very sweet, but it has a beautiful sake quality, with a light and elegant taste to the touch. It reminded me of Kiku no Tsukasa's sake from the past. Kiku no Tsukasa is now owned by someone else, but I would like to continue to support Heiroku Brewery.
